The practice
Your office. Your family. Your homes. One partner for the whole surface.
Most families end up with a different vendor for each: an MSP at the office, an app for the principals, an integrator at the house. Attackers do not respect those boundaries, so neither do we.
The office
Managed IT & Security
The full technology life of the office entity: helpdesk, devices, cloud, backup, email security, and the wire approval controls that stand between the office and a fraudulent transfer.
The family
Private Client Protection
Personal devices hardened, home networks watched, exposed records reduced, and patient support for principals, spouses, children, and staff, wherever they live and travel.
The homes
Estate & Residence Networks
Estate networks designed and segmented so cameras, locks, AV, guests, and household staff each live behind their own walls, across every property, to one standard.
Why now
The most private families are the most public targets.
Family offices concentrate wealth, move large sums on instruction, and run lean teams. That combination is exactly what business email compromise, deepfake impersonation, and phishing were built for. The threat has grown faster than the defenses most offices have in place, and fewer than four in ten have brought in outside security help.
None of this argues for fear. It argues for a floor: verified wire procedures, hardened identities, watched networks, and a team that treats the residence with the same seriousness as the office.

of attacked offices were reached through phishing, the plainest door there is.

Approach
Quiet, methodical, accountable.
01
Assess
We map the office, the family's digital life, and every residence before we touch anything, and put the findings in writing your counsel and your CFO can read.
02
Harden
Identity, devices, email, and networks brought to one baseline. Wire approvals get out-of-band verification. The gaps insurers ask about get closed and documented.
03
Run
Named engineers who know your environment answer when you call. Reporting arrives in plain English, on a fixed monthly agreement with no surprise line items.
04
Respond
When something looks wrong, at the office or at a residence, the same team that built the environment investigates it. No handoffs, no strangers, no delay.
Advisory & response
Senior counsel for the questions that keep owners up.
vCISO & Advisory
Senior security leadership on retainer: strategy, vendor review, board reporting, and a standing answer to the question every family eventually asks: are we protected?
Incident Readiness
Response plans written before they are needed, rehearsed with the people who would use them, so a bad day is a procedure rather than a scramble.
Insurance & Compliance
Gap assessment, controls, and evidence for SOC 2 readiness, NIST CSF alignment, and cyber insurance requirements, handled as routine work rather than a fire drill.
Discretion
Discretion is a practice, not a promise.
Families do not hand their affairs to a logo. They hand them to people, under terms. Ours are simple and written down.
- Access is need-to-know and every action is documented
- Our employees support you, never subcontractors
- We work under your counsel's confidentiality agreements
- Recommendations carry no commissions, ever
Questions
Asked in every first conversation.
Ask them of us, and of anyone else you are interviewing.
Who is this practice for?
Single and multi family offices, the principals and families behind them, and the households and estates they run. If the office, the family, and the homes each have a different technology vendor, we are usually the consolidation.
How does billing work?
A fixed monthly agreement sized to the environment, with project work quoted on a fixed scope before it begins. Remote and on-site support cost the same, and no line item will surprise you.
Who answers when something breaks at midnight?
A named engineer on our team who already knows your environment. No outsourced call centers and no ticket black holes, for the office or for a residence.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Access is need-to-know, activity is documented, and the people who support you are our employees. We regularly work under confidentiality agreements prepared by the family's counsel.
Do you replace the advisors and vendors we already trust?
Only where you want us to. We co-manage alongside internal staff and coordinate the AV installers, security integrators, banks, and advisors the family already relies on.
