We are a small foundation. Is this too much?
No. Most foundations we support run lean, a few staff and a board. The agreement is sized to the organization, and non-profit licensing often offsets a meaningful part of the cost.
How do you protect donor and grantee information?
Access is need-to-know, activity is documented, and the people who support you are our employees, not subcontractors. We treat giving records with the same discretion as the family's own affairs.
Can you work with our existing bookkeeper, counsel, and grant platform?
Yes. We coordinate with the advisors and platforms the organization already trusts, and we take the vendor-wrangling off your staff's plate.
Do you present to boards?
Regularly. We report in plain English, sized for a board agenda: what is protected, what it costs, and what needs a decision.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly agreement sized to the organization, with project work quoted on a fixed scope. Non-profit pricing and donated licensing programs are applied wherever they exist.
