Who we serve · Portfolio companies

One standard across the companies you own.

Direct investments deserve better than a different IT vendor in every holding. One team, one security baseline, and one report the office can trust.

Operating company floor seen from above

Support for the whole hold period.

From the first look at a target to the day it is sold, technology either builds value or quietly leaks it. We make sure it is the former.

Diligence

Before close, a clear-eyed read on the target's technology: what it runs, what it risks, and what it will really cost to fix. Findings in plain English, sized for the deal team.

First hundred days

Identity, security baseline, backups, and reporting stood up quickly after close, without disrupting the business you just bought.

Run

Managed or co-managed IT sized to each company, from a founder and five laptops to a thousand-plus seats, with the office kept informed.

Exit-ready

Documentation, licensing, and security posture kept clean enough to survive a buyer's diligence, so technology never discounts the multiple.

The companies get support. The office gets visibility.

One security baseline

Every holding brought to the same hardened standard, so the weakest company never becomes the family's headline.

Reporting to the office

A consolidated view across holdings: posture, spend, and risk, written for the principals and the investment team.

Co-managed, not displaced

Where a company has capable IT staff, we add depth and tooling behind them rather than replacing the people who know the business.

Whatever the industry demands, the evidence is ready.

Holdings land in regulated industries more often than not. Gap assessment, controls, documentation, and evidence are handled as part of running each environment, not as a fire drill before an audit.

Questions investment teams ask.

Ask them of us, and ask them of whoever else you are interviewing.

Can you look at a company before we buy it?

Yes. Pre-close technology diligence on a fixed scope: infrastructure, security posture, key-person risk, licensing, and the real cost to remediate, reported in language the deal team can use.

Our companies are in different industries and states. Does that work?

That is the normal case. We serve all fifty states, manage mixed Mac and Windows environments as a first language, and carry compliance depth across SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC, and NIST CSF.

Some companies have their own IT. Do they have to change?

No. We co-manage alongside internal teams, adding escalation depth and enterprise tooling, while the office gets one consistent security standard and one consolidated report.

How is this billed?

Each company carries a flat monthly agreement sized to its environment, with project work on fixed scope. The office sees the whole picture; no company gets surprise line items.

What happens at exit?

Clean documentation, transferable licensing, and a defensible security posture are maintained as a matter of course, so diligence is a review, not a scramble.

Bring every holding up to the family's standard.
